So, here we are at last. Christmas 2022. Just kidding! It’s not even Halloween yet as I’m writing this gift guide. So why am I already thinking about Christmas gifts this early in 2022?
All this means that it’s time to think about Christmas gifts! I’ve curated a list of 25 gifts that are perfect for the women over 40 in your life. This year’s gift guide has a strong focus on gifts that provide some self-care since I’m certain a little extra self-care is something every woman over 40 needs right now.
It’s the pandemic, of course. We thought it was over, but the effects are still lingering. Disruptions in manufacturing caused by COVID19 have seriously slowed down the supply chain so your favorite gift just might be unavailable if you wait to buy it. Additionally, mail delivery is going to be much slower this year so you need to get your presents in the mail asap.
But that just means we get to the fun stuff sooner, right? I love buying Christmas presents for those I love and (confession) sometimes I like to throw in a little something-something for me, too. If that’s you, too, I won’t tell!
What gift would you like to receive this year? Let me know in the comments!

The benefits of a gratitude practice include lower stress levels and increased happiness. This journal is the perfect guide to beginning a gratitude practice. This 90-day journal includes daily pages with an inspirational quote, a question to think about it, and space for writing down what you're grateful for that day. There are also weekly pages which prompt you to review what you learned, what you accomplished, what went well and what could have been improved for the week. At the end of the 90-day journal, there is a space to wrap up and reflect on what you've learned. This is an excellent gift for the woman who's always been meaning to start a gratitude practice, but somehow never follows through consistently (and isn't that all of us?)
